Emerging entrepreneur!!

We hear news about someone has succeeded to grow his business and managed to become a successful entrepreneur. One thing which came into my mind is that, entrepreneurship is not a ready-made suite which you can wear. It comes with your vision, passion and your self-confidence.

Only few manage to become self-employed, rest either does not hold such dreams with themselves or either just dream.

To be self-employed it’s not necessary that you should have to earn a lot which rests are earning. It is a form of self-satisfaction where your each and every effort is counted towards your growth and well-being. While transiting from employee to employer, lots of hurdle will arrive. In some situations, you are the only one who will be blamed the most in your family.

To start any business you need to think of all aspects like proposed business knowledge, idea, finances & available human resources. Develop your own inventory where you will be sole entity to run your business. Put some milestones to achieve for shorter and longer duration.

When any failure happens, think how you can overcome it next time. Each failure occurred will give lessons, which things we don't have to do.

Always question yourself as "How" & "When"; how to achieve proposed milestone and when to complete it to deliver.

When you are forming business which is service based, then customer satisfaction is a very crucial entity exists. Meeting customer’s expectations is a big challenge to achieve. For any new requirements always think, analyze, discuss and implement. Keeping communication with customer always tied them with their expectations.

A better communication always yields faster results and quality goods.

Being an entrepreneur will give you bread & butter and will make it available to your employees also.

Use of non conventional resources

Now days,availability of resources for human use is getting difficult and complicated.From centuries we rely upon conventional resources like Hydroelectricity, Thermal Power (from coal, mineral oil, natural gas) ,petrol to fulfill our need of energy .These resources are available in unprocessed form and lots of expenditures are required to convert them into usable format.Another thing  these resources are limited in amount so sooner or later they will not be available for human use.
                              Non conventional resources are available in large scale ,they can be used to fulfill human needs for driving our car,using electricity for usage,watering plants.These resources are reusable in nature,so there is no possibility of them getting vanished.
Atomic, Solar, Tidal, Wind, Bio gas, Geo thermal.these are examples of these resources.We have to use these resources to fulfill our need of energy.I have found a recent  example about use of non conventional resources.
     
                              Government of Gujarat have come up with the idea of using solar panel for power generation as well as shelter on Narmada canal to avoid evaporation of lakhs of litres of  water and to create electricity. So this solar energy will be used by nearby villages to fulfill their of energy resources and water will be used for human use .
                        This is a great example where non conventional resources are used.

presence of god

God are you there?

                          Sometime i ask myself is there presence of god around me,who protects me,helps me,who keeps my spirit up.The god is everywhere around us only we have to notice his presence.Lots of people wont have idea about it,they roam everywhere to find presence of god.God is inside us,he always reside in form of soul.Its all how we use that power to improve life of  ours and others who get influenced by us.

         God has given a fairy life to all of us,to live with happiness,prosperity and growth.Its only chance we got to prove presence of god inside us,by behaving like a god,helping need ones,sharing our food with others.Keeping respect of others feelings,their thoughts.
Its a rare opportunity to all we human has got to prove our credibility.We dont have miss it.

Art of marketing

Whole world is of marketing ,it all depends on how you sell yourself to the world.The place will be your office,home your family everywhere ,where you find to represent yourself.Last Saturday i got a little experience which i want to share with you,i went for trekking at sinhgad Fort near pune.When we start to go towards peak of the fort , i found a lot of salesman which were selling lime juice.People who felt thirsty ran towards them to catch their thirst.
  I found a strange salesman who was selling his lime juice with help of advertising ,as That particular lime juice contains vitamin 'C' and it gives more power to climb.He had gathered lot of customers who were not thirsty.
    The point is the lime juice was same as compared with other salespersons but the way of selling was different.
More you represent to the world ,more you get focused.

freedom of Speech

Freedom of speech ... What it is?.A word containing whole expression  of human being.Everybody felts necessity of it. Our world is running quit fast like a spaceship but the freedom to express our self is still away from our self.We want to speak freely ,express our self but our society does not allow us to express our emotions .I do not like these burdens on our self ,why every time we ruined from our freedom.
          I felt that everyone has a right to express himself ,has to be a leader of a mass .We doesn't want the restrictions of our society and old customs.Life comes only once for everyone so live it with yourself.
